London, June 5 : Real Madrid has conceded that it will be next to "impossible" to sign ace Portugese striker Cristiano Ronaldo this summer unless he demands a move, something that they still hope he may be prepared to do.
"Ronaldo is an impossible signing. His club don't want to sell him," The Sun quoted Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon, as saying. "We can do nothing if the club that owns him, don't want to sell. We never approach a player under contract. This is not Real Madrid policy, and especially not with a club with whom we are such good friends," he added. Calder¢n suggested on Wednesday that United's fears of unlawful conduct by Real were misplaced
However, Barcelona presidential candidate Sandro Rosell has now vowed to sign Ronaldo if voted into power.
