'High life' drives MBA students to steal mobile phones
Bangalore, June 4 (UNI) Taking to stealing to meet their extravagant ways has landed two MBA students in the police net in the city.
Subramanyapura police said Srikant Shetty of Dharwd and Umesh of Haveri were arrested on charges of breaking into a mobile phone stores and decamping with 30 hand sets and Rs 2190 in cash two weeks ago.
The youth, studying in a city college, were found suspiciously selling the stolen cellphones near Banashankari Complex and they were nabbed by the police today.
On questioning they revealed that they took to stealing whenever they fell short of money to 'enjoy life'.
The duo had been remanded to judicial custody.
