Washington, June 4 : After creating awareness on the effect of deforestation on global warming, veteran actor Harrison Ford will now be involved in the efforts to protect endangered wildlife.

The 'Indiana Jones' star has produced three, 30-second public service announcements (PSAs) for the media in order to promote public awareness of the global campaign to protect endangered wildlife, including tigers.

The PSAs were produced by the U.S. Department of State in cooperation with the Coalition Against Wildlife Trafficking and WildAid to raise global public awareness about wildlife trafficking and to stop consumer demand for illegal wildlife products.

The distribution of the video would start with World Environment Day, June 5.

Meanwhile, the fourth installment of Indiana Jones series 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull' starring Ford as the daring archaeologist was premieres in India last week.
