Indian Polo team leaves for UK to participate in Nations Cup

New Delhi, Jun 2 (UNI) The Indian team led by Pawan Deep Singh today left for Yorkshire, UK to participate in the Nations Cup Polo tournament that begins from June 6.

Along with Pawan Deep, who has represented India in many international tournaments, the famous equestarian champion Major J S Ahluwalia, Abhimanyu Pathak and Raghav Raj Singh are the other members of the team.

The other teams in the tournament are Canada, Pakistan, Scotland, Argentina and the hosts England.

Last year, the Indian team finished runners-up in the tournament and will look to better its record this time.
