Surjeet's condition improves, to be discharged in 2-3 days
New Delhi, Jun 1 (UNI) Veteran CPI (M) leader Harkishan Singh Surjeet, who slipped into a coma following acute respiratory problems, has shown considerable improvement in health, and will be discharged from hospital in two-three days.
Mr Surjeet had been admitted to a Noida hospital for over three weeks now. He remained on ventilator for several days.
Dr P Lal, who has been attending on him, said Mr Surjeet was doing well and had been shifted out of the ICU.
He will be discharged in 2-3 days, he said.
