Sobha Developers Q4 net up 13.22 pc

New Delhi, May 30: Sobha Developers Ltd today said its net profit has increased 13.22 per cent to Rs 70.2 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 62 crore for the same period a year ago.

Total income has also increased 32.76 per cent to Rs 476.5 crore for Q4 FY08 from Rs 358.9 crore for the same quarter a year ago. The company's net profit for FY08 stood at Rs 228.3 crore as compared to Rs 161.5 crore for the year ended March 31, 2007, an increase of 41.36 per cent. Total income shot up 20.60 per cent to Rs 1,434.5 crore for the year ended March 31, 2008 from Rs 1,189.4 crore for FY07.
