Wild elephant kills four, injures 3 in Hardwar
Dehra Dun, May 29 (UNI) A rampaging elephant killed four people and injured three in Hardwar district of Uttarakhand today.
According to Hardwar Police, the wild elephant crushed two people to death near Laksar jungle around 0700 hrs this morning.
The tusker then moved towards the roadside and killed two more people.
Later, the pachyderm then injured three people in the Bahdrabad area of the district.
Wildlife officials tracked down the elephant and tranquilised him.
