Washington, May 29 : English pop singer Victoria Beckham is auctioning off her collection of glittering outfits from the Spice Girls world tour in a bid to raise money for charity.
Posh Spice is trying to raise 2 million dollars for charity by auctioning off her clothes to the highest bidder.
The clothes up for grabs are said to include her six Roberto Cavalli-designed costumes from the band's comeback tour earlier this year (08).
Other items being sold are a mini dress covered in Swarovski crystals, thought to be worth 500,000 dollars, and the infamous gold corset and leggings the star wore, which are going under the hammer for 60,000 dollars.
All the money raised from the auction will go to a children's charity, which is managed by her mum Jackie Adams.
"Victoria is putting together various ideas for the sale. She would consider offers from individuals - for the right price," Contactmusic quoted a spokesman for Beckham, as saying.
"It's time for any high-rollers out there to get their cheque books out," the spokesman added.
All the details regarding the auction have not been revealed as yet, but the former Spice Girl has reportedly flown the items to a safe storage facility in the U.K.
