One killed, four injured and seven houses gutted in Kashmir
Srinagar May 29 (UNI) One person was killed, four injured and seven houses were gutted in a fire in the Kashmir valley overnight, official sources said today.
They said one Mohammad Ahraf Shah killed on the spot and two others were injured when a vehicle hit them at Kralpora on Srinagar- Charar-e-Sharief road. The injured were hospitalised.
A seven-year-old girl was injured when a vehicle hit her at Achabal while a truck hit and wounded one Mohammad Sultan Dar at Urnahall on Srinagar-Jammu national highway.Both the injured were admitted to hospital.
They said seven houses were gutted in a devastating fire at Bimla Wali Kalaroos in the frontier district of Kupwara. The cause of the fire was not known, they said.
