Bangalore, May 29 (UNI) Dominion, an exclusive CXO (Chief Executive Officer) forum, which offers executive education for top and middle level executives in corporate houses, was launched here today.

Briefing newspersons about the forum, its Chairman and Founder Romi Malhotra said Dominion was different from CII or NASSCOM as it provided a holistic approach to executive training and was not a policy forum.

The forum was based on a corporate membership model where membership was by invitation to individual companies only. Member organisations would have access to a wide range of services that include workshops and seminars by global practitioners, outstanding academicians and Ivy League Faculty, he said.

It would train executives in manufacturing, IT, BPO, KPO and hospitality industry, he said.

While the initial focus would be on learning and networking for CXOs, other offerings like executive coaching, consulting and research would follow.

The forum would be set up in Mumbai in the coming three months.

During the next one year, it would spread its wings to Asia and Australia, Mr Malhotra, former MD of Dell International Services, said.

He said the forum would initially charge Rs 15 lakh per company for two seats per year and proposed to train nearly 100 executives in the first year of its existence.

The forum is promoted by Mr Malhotra and Bangalore Management Academy, which would complete a five-star level facility in the city within an year and another one in Noida near Delhi.

Dominion would be starting its preliminary activities by holding a two-day workshop from June two in the city. It would feature luminaries like Aubrey C Danials, Iris Bohnet and Gary Orren who would give presentations, he added.
