IGNOU's term end examinations from June two
Shimla, May 28 (UNI) The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) today announced the schedule for the term-end examinations, an official spokesman today said.
The University has established 595 centres, including 22 overseas and 10 in jails, for the examinations that begin on June two and conclude on June 28.
The spokesman said examination intimation slips have been dispatched to over three lakh eligible students who had applied for these examinations.
The intimation slips status was also available on the University's website www.ignou.ac.in and those students who have not received their slips could download them from website and appear in the examinations.
He said the examination centres have also been instructed to allow students to appear in the tests, even if they do not possess the inimation slips, provided their names were in the list of candidates.
Separate tickets would be issued to BCA and MCA students for term end practicals, while other students were advised to contact the respective regional centre in the last week of June for their practical examinations, he added.
