Haryana to promote 'Sang' art form across India
Chandigarh, May 28 (UNI) The Haryana government has decided to popularise state's folk art form of 'Sang' in other parts of the country and earmarked Rs six crore for promotion of art and culture during the current financial year and.
This was stated by Haryana Public Relations and Cultural Affairs Department Commissioner and Director K K Khandelwal while addressing a press conference at Panchkula near here today.
He said Haryana Public Relations and Cultural Affairs Department in association with North Centre Area Cultural Centre, Allahabad would orgainise 7-day "Sang Utsav" from May 29 to June 4.
