Examinees from One to ten rank would be awarded-Nitish
Patna, May 28(UNI) After publishing the result of Matriculation, the examination conducted by the Bihar School Examination Board(BSEB), the chief Minister Nitish Kumar today announced to award the examinees from Ist to tenth rank.
Mr Kumar, who also published the result of Intermediate said here that those who have topped in the examinations in matricultion and intermediate would be given Rs 25 thousand each from CM relief fund.The examinees getting top ten ranks would be awarded with Rs 15 thousand each while district level best toppers would be given Rs 10 thousand each from the same fund.
Mr Kumar directed the BSEB chairman Prof AKP Yadav to award the examinees on September 11, the occasion of the anniversary of former union education minister Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad.
He said 769247 students had appeared for matriculation examination while 504818 students had taken the intermediate examination this year.
