Bangalore, May 25: Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office here at 0830 hours today.
Rainfall occurred at a few places over Interior Karnataka and at isolated places over Coastal Karnataka.
Chief amounts of rainfall (CM): Haliyal 5; Sambre, Davanagere 3 each; Honavar, Savanur, Ilkal, M.M.Hills, Balehonnur 2 each; Mulki, Ranebennur, Hungund, Napoklu, Tarikere, Bangalore City 1 each.
Maximum Temperatures rose at many places over Coastal Karnataka and changed little over Interior Karnataka. They were appreciably above normal at many places over Coastal Karnataka and were normal over Interior Karnataka.
Gulbarga recorded the highest maximum temperature of 39.9 degree celsius over the State.
