3 killed in last 24 hours in Jalgaon
Jalgaon, May 25 (UNI) Reminiscent of the 1960s Raman Raghav case, three persons, including a senior citizen, were found murdered with head injury in separate incidents during the last 24 hours in the city.
Unknown person(s) allegedly smashed the head of the victims, whose bodies were recovered from different parts of the city this morning, police said today.
In an incident, Subhash Jagtap (61), who was sleeping outside his photo studio shop, was found dead with head injuries.
In another incident, the deceased, who is yet to be identified, was killed when he was sleeping outside the stadium here, while the third person, a small tea shop owner, was found dead when he was sleeping outside Hanuman Mandir in Bholani Market area of the city, police said.
Some people have been arrested on suspicion, police said, adding, these murders were on the lines of Raman Raghav of 1960s.
