CBI completes arguments in Dubey murder case
Patna, May 24 (UNI) The CBI today completed its arguments before the special court in connection with the murder of engineer Satyendra Dubey of National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) in November 2003.
The CBI produced 33 witnesses before Additional District and Sessions Judge Brajendra Kumar Srivastava in support of their charges that Mr Dubey was killed by the named accused in the case.
The court fixed June 9 as the date for initiating arguments from the defence side.
Mantu Kumar, Uday Kumar and Pinku Ravidas had been named as accused in the case.
Mr Dubey was shot dead by the accused near Circuit House under Rampur police station in Gaya district when he was returning from the Gaya railway station.
