Students thieving for lavish life style

Visakhapatnam, May 23: City Police Commissioner N Sambhasiva Rao today said college students accustomed to lavish life style were resorting to thefts and chain snatchings.

Addressing a press conference here following the arrest of seven youths, including five engineering students in theft case, he said parents have to exercise control and monitor their wards' behaviour and activities. Four gold chains worth approximately around Rs 1 Lakh and nine Nokia cell phones were recovered from the arrested students.
