Hyderabad, May 22 (UNI) Ybrant Technologies Limited, the leading provider of end-to-end digital marketing solutions, today announced the change of its name to 'Ybrant Digital Limited' and the successful integration of its all subsidiaries.
According to a release here, over the last two years the company had acquired Oridian, AdDynamix, VoloMP, and MediosOne. The five companies were now consolidated and integrated under the parent 'Ybrant Digital.' The reorganisation of the company would result in the formation of three primary operating divisions, Display Ad Networks, Technology Platforms and Strategic Initiatives.
''This consolidation will effectively leverage our core strengths in technology, network and insights which will enable Ybrant Digital to bring value to our clients. The new corporate identity symbolizes the strength of integration to present a unified approach in doing business worldwide,'' Ybrant Digital Chairman and CEO Suresh Reddy said in the release.
The Ybrant Digital was valued at USD 125 million as of December 2007.
Mr Vijay Kancharla, Ybrant Digital co-founder and President of Technology Platforms, would oversee VoloMP, support services, software development, technical services and technology platforms.
Mr Brad Cohen, President, Strategic Initiatives, would oversee mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, and integration efforts of the company.
Mr Jacob Nizri, Head of Oridian and President of Display Ad Networks, would oversee AdDynamix and MediosOne.
