Nashik, May 22 (UNI) Nashik unit of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) is trying hard for the uplift of Maharashtrians by organising Stock Market Training and helping them for jobs in the SBI.

''Share Market is considered as one of the express ways towards prosperity. But lack of information and apprehension about it has hampered the involvement of Marathi people in it. To overcome this fear and make Maharashtrians capable to work in this field, we have undertaken this programme,'' MNS state unit general secretary Atul Chandak announced at a press conference here today.

During the ten-day free of cost training, basic knowledge about stock market -- Future and Options, Technical Analysis, Fundamental Analysis, and Risk Management -- will be provided on May 23, whereas the actual training course will begin on May 25.

Moreover, State Bank has issued an advertisement for recruitment of 20,000 posts of clerks in its branches across India. Out of these, 2,776 posts are in Maharashtra circle. For this, the MNS will make available free of cost online application submission facility for Maharashtrian applicants. The last date of submission of application forms is May 31.

''In this connection, MNS leaders including Satish Pardhan have requested SBI authorities to accept online or by-post applications and to publish the advertisement at district level also. A decision on this issue may be announced tomorrow itself,'' MNS leader Baba Bhopatkar said on the occasion.

Guidance regarding written exam and interviews would also be provided, leaders said.

The party has also organised a lecture by Arinash Dharmadhikari of Chanakya Mandal regarding competitive exams and career guidance that is slated to be held on June 5 at Kalidas Kalamandir here.
