Jet Airways to begin operations from BIA from May 24
Bangalore, May 22 (UNI) Jet Airways will begin operations from the new Bengaluru International Airport (BIA) from May 24.
The airline would shift its operations from the existing HAL airport in the city in a seamless manner from the night of May 23, a company release said.
Three domestic Jet Airways flights to Bangalore from Mumbai, Delhi and Hyderabad respectively would touch down at the new BIAL tomorrow night.
These layover flights would operate out of BIAL on May 24, the release said.
Jet Airways with the acquisition of JetLite, has a combined fleet strength of 105 aircraft and offer a schedule of over 525 flights daily.
