Kishan, who had taken money from Jagdeep Singh had reportedly re-paid a major portion of the loan but still owed Rs 60,000 to him.

Kishan died in PGI last night and his body was brought here today.

When the family members approached the police for registering a case against Jagdeep, they were turned away.
