Unity bags orders for Rs 383 cr HSRBCL
New Delhi, May 21 (UNI) Country's leading civil contractor, Unity Infraprojects Ltd, today said it has bagged an order worth Rs 383 crore from Haryana State Roads and Bridges Development Corporation Ltd (HSRBCL), Chandigarh.
A contract worth Rs 142.62 crore was awarded to Unity for widening and upgradation of Rai Nahra Bahadurgarh Road (MDR-138) and Rohtak-Kharkhoda Delhi border (SH-18) to be completed within 15 months.
Another contract worth Rs 240.45 crore was awarded to a joint venture between Unity Infraprojects and Backbone Enterprises Ltd for improvement of Murthai Sonepat, Sampla, Jhajjar, Dadri Road (Section of SH-20) and Gurgaon, Farrukjnagar and Jhajjar road (SH -15 A) for widening, strengthening, providing drains, widening of bridges and culverts. The time frame for the same is 18 months, a company release said.
With this order, Unity has clinched orders worth Rs 605 crores in May alone.
The company is currently executing 10 malls in Maharashtra, of which five are with the company and the other five include Magarpatta Retail Pvt Ltd, India Bulls, Big Malls, Avinash Bhoslen Group, Phoenix Mills. The company has also put in bids in high value infrastructure projects, in irrigation and water supply segments.
