Melbourne, May 21 (UNI) The controversies have been hogging ever since the IPL started in India and in a fresh spat now, Shane Warne has been reported to have ''mocked'' at the Kolkata Knight Riders captain in their last match in Kolkata.
Earlier in their first match, Shane Warne had criticised Sourav Ganguly for not taking the fielder's word after the latter was caught by Graeme Smith but did not leave the ground.
In yesterday's match at the Eden Gardens between the two sides, it was reported that Warne mocked at Ganguly after a piece of paper, with some tactical notes, flew out of the latter's pocket while he was batting.
The leg-spinner then unfolded the paper and appeared to be reading it.
''A clearly embarrassed Ganguly walked away before the grinning Warne finally relented and handed back the sheet to the grim-faced batsman who turned his back on Warne's banter,'' the Australian Associated Press report said.
The Rajasthan Royals have defeated Kolkata Knight Riders in both the games that the two sides have played each other with the last encounter being won by Warne's side by six wickets yesterday.
''We got a bit of momentum going and we showed a lot of character,'' Warne said after the match.
While a dejected Ganguly said, ''We had stops and starts and today the better side won. We were 20 runs short.'' UNI XC RAR RKM ND1655
