Bhopal, May 21: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minsiter Shivraj Singh Chouhan today ruled out expansion of his cabinet.
''There is no plan at present to expand the cabinet. Media is speculating about it'', he told reporters here after laying the foundation stone of the Rs 18.77 crore new building of police headquarters on the bank of the lower lake adjoining the present PHq.
Speculation was rife in the political circles about the possibility of cabinet reshuffle after the meeting of Mr Chouhan and state BJP chief Narendra Singh Tomar with BJP President Rajnath Singh in New Delhi two days ago.
At least three more people could be accommodated in the cabinet.
The ruling BJP is already in election mode because of the Assembly election scheduled this year end.
