New Delhi, May 20: Engineering and construction major Larsen and Toubro (L&T) today said it has bagged four orders worth Rs 635 crores for EPC electrical projects from UAE and Oman.

The projects will be executed by the Electrical Projects Gulf Operations Vertical of L&Ts Construction Division, the company said in a statement. Two of these orders valued at Rs 521 crore has been secured from Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA) which includes supply and construction of five 33/11kV GIS substations and 33 kV cabling works.

The company's subsidiary L&T (Oman) at Muscat has bagged two orders worth Rs 114 crore, which includes a order from Oman Electricity and Transmission Company for construction of 132 kV grid substation and associated transmission lines at Saham area of Oman and the other order is from Muscat Electricity Distribution Company for 33/11 kV substation at the Mabella Region of Oman.

Both projects are to be completed within a period of 10-13 months, it added.
