Babusingh Parihar shot dead in Madhya Pradesh
Bhind, MP, May 19: A notorious dacoit Babusingh Parihar, who carried a reward of Rs 50,000 cash on his head, was shot dead in an encounter in the ravines near this district's Budharpur village at wee hours today, police said.
Additional Superintendent of Police Manoj Singh said two 12-bore guns and daily use materials were seized from the spot. However, his six accomplices managed to escape. The dreaded dacoit was wanted in about 100 cases in several police stations of Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh besides Madhya Pradesh.
Babusingh was the paternal uncle of notorious dacoit Jagjiwan Parihar, which was already shot dead, police added.
