Twist in murder mystery: Man accused of killing teen found dead

Noida, May 17 (UNI) A new twist to the murder mystery of 14-year-old Aarushi Talwar was added this morning when the body of the domestic help accused of killing the teenager was found on the terrace of the house.

Investigators were sent into a tizzy when the blood-soaked body of Hemraj was found this morning on the terrace of the house where the girl was murdered.

SP (City) Mahesh Mishra said so far Hemraj had emerged as a principal accused in the murder of Aarushi, the daughter of a dentist couple in Sector 25.

''Since the body of the main accused has been recovered, investigations into the case has taken a new turn, detials of which would be unknotted soon by the police'' he said and added that the father of the girl was now being interrogated.

Aarushi Talwar, a student of Delhi Public School, Noida and the only offspring of her parents, was found murdered last night at her posh Sector-25 residence here.

Police yesterday said the family servant Hemraj had come last night in an inebriated condition and attacked Aurushi with a knife.

Rajesh Talwar, father of the girl, is a well known dentist working in Fortis Hospital, Noida.

Hemraj, who hails from Nepal, had been staying with the family in the servant quarter of the house for the past eight months.

Sector-25 is occupied by high-profile people including famous doctors and Army officers.
