Family agitates over pregnant woman's death
Mainpuri, May 17 (UNI) People today created ruckus over the death of a pregnant woman in a nursing home here.
Urmila (35) of Gudanpur village was admitted in the medical centre after she reported colic abdominal pain, where Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Raja Painter suggested abortion.
However, the lady died during the operation.
Dr Painter fled the scene after the death.
Irked over this, the family of the deceased created ruckus and vandalised the property, besides lodging an FIR against the Nursing Home's founder yesterday.
Police had sealed the medical centre and investigations were underway.
