Thiruvananthapuram, May 16 (UNI) Veteran Congress leader K Karunakaran, who has rejoined the Congress recently, today said it would be good for the party if those who returned along with him to the party were fairly accommodated.
Talking to newspersons here, after holding discussions on the issue with Pradesh Congress Committee President Ramesh Chennithala and Opposition leader in the Kerala Assembly Oommen Chandy, he said there should be unity within the Congress party.
Airing his resentment over the non-inclusion of his supporters in the party fold, Mr Karunakaran said his followers should be fairly accomodated in the party.
