Ultras plant bomb in Kolkata bound passenger bus
Gaya, May 15 (UNI) Passengers of a Kolkata- bound private bus today escaped miraculously following timely detection and removal of a bomb planted in it.
Spokesperson of Gaya Police Rajvansh Singh, confirming the incident, said here following a tip-off, local police chased the bus and intercepted it near Banke bazar block.
''After a thorough search a bag was found in the luggage carrier containing the bomb,'' Mr Singh added.
The police team sucsessfully defused it. The bus was on way to Kolkata from Kothi bazar in the district.
Meanwhile, the Revolutionary Communist Centre(RCC) owned the responsibility of planting the bomb in the bus. RCC supremo Vinod Marandi told UNI over telephone that the bomb was planted to terrorise the passengers.
