SEBI censures Mayor Saluja Securities Ltd
Mumbai, May 14 (UNI) Market regulator Securities&Exchange Board of India's (SEBI) whole-time member Dr T C Nair today passed an order imposing a minor penalty of 'Censure' on Mayor Saluja Securities Ltd, member of the Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd.
SEBI, in its order, said it had suspended the certificate of registration of Anil Dhawan&Co, Member of the Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd, for a period of seven days.
The order shall come into force immediately on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order, the release added.
