BCCI warns Sreesanth to mend his ways

By Staff

Mumbai, May 14 (UNI) Controversial Kings XI Punjab seamer S Sreesanth was sent a letter by the BCCI today, wherein he was instructed to mend his ways on the field.

''The Board is constrained to warn you for your behavior on the field and in the event you do not improve your behavior, the Board would be constrained to take appropriate decision,'' the letter, written by BCCI Secretary Niranjan Shah stated.

Sreeesanth had allegedly provoked temperamental Mumbai Indians off-spinner Harbhajan Singh during their IPL match on April 25 at Mohali, which had prompted the 'Turbanator' to slap him after the match.

Harbhajan, who was earlier banned from the rest of the IPL matches, has been banned for five ODIs by the BCCI's disciplinary committee today.
