The pamphlets warned that if any attacks were carried against the Taliban anywhere in the country in the future, the ANP-PPP government would be held responsible. The pamphlets also stated that Baitullah Mehsud was their leader and the Taliban would continue to fight for the cause of Islam under his leadership.

The pamphlets were distributed at the Shahi Mehmankhana, where the talks between the provincial government and the Taliban were held for seven hours, reported the Daily Times. The two-page pamphlets asked for a joint struggle for the implementation of Shariah law in the country, and said that the country's President Pervez Musharraf would be put on trial in a Shariah court by the Taliban shura for launching operations in Waziristan, and against Jamia Hafsa in Islamabad.
