HUJI hand suspected in Jaipur blasts, Patil cuts short NE visit
New Delhi, May 13 (UNI) Bangladesh-based militant organisation HUJI is suspected to be behind the Jaipur serial blasts, intelligence sources said this evening.
They said HUJI has reportedly penetrated the Indian hinterland and has sleeper cells in many towns and cities of this country.
Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil, who was on a vist to the North East, tonight rushed back to the national capital in the wake of the serial blasts.
He condemned the serial blasts and assured all help to the Rajasthan government in probing the dastardly explosions.
Mr Patil appealed to the people to maintain calm and foil the designs of anti-national forces. He offered his condolence to the bereaved families and assured all possible help to the state government in the investigation of the blasts.
