Sadhu killed on ganja issue
Sagar, MP, May 12 (UNI) A 43-year-old 'Sadhu', identified as Bhagwandas of Lalitpur(UP), was stabbed to death at local Vedanti temple premises following a dispute over smoking ganja, police said today.
Local resident Rajaram Tiwari killed the Sadhu, who was sleeping in the temple's premises, at wee hours yesterday. The victim arrived here in connection with a 'yagya' last month.
Rajaram, who was already facing a murder charge, demanded 'chilam' to smoke Ganja from the Sadhu and committed crime when the latter refused.
The accused was arrested, police added.
