Washington, May 10 : American actress Lindsay Lohan has been dropped from the upcoming biopic of murderer Charles Manson.
The troubled star was axed as studio bosses fear she has returned to her wild partying ways, reports Contactmusic.
Lohan had signed on to play Nancy Pittman, a member of Manson's 'family', earlier this year (08), in independent film Manson Girls.
But with her seeming to sway back to her old habits, the contract has reportedly been cancelled.
Hollywood gossip claims that the decision was made after producers saw that even after having gone to rehab twice last year (07), Lohan still does not seem to have learned her lesson.
According to celebrity blogger PerezHilton.com, the movie bosses were not able to sign on any of the other major stars to the movie, because of her presence. Lohan had been reprimanded two years ago by studio chief James G. Robinson, in a letter, for her lateness and partying while shooting Georgia Rule in July 2006.
