Mumbai, May 9 (UNI) The police today arrested three domestic servants, hailing from Jharkhand and Uttaranchal, for the murder of Minaben Pandia, a senior resident of Juhu, on May 6.
Acting on a tip-off, a police team swooped down on Kushal, Ram Prakash Yadav and Rajesh Mordha. The trio had killed her and fled with jewellery worth Rs 50,000 on May 6, police said.
Minaben, without verifying their background, had employed them and also did not inform the police about their employment, which is a mandatory procedure.
The accused are residents of Jharkhand and Uttranchal, they added.
