UPA, Left to continue nuke talks on May 28: Pranab
New Delhi, May 6 (UNI) The UPA-Left panel on the Indo-US nuclear deal today held indepth discussions for about two hours on the India-specific safeguards agreement with the IAEA and agreed to meet again on May 28, panel chief and External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee said.
Talking to reporters after the meeting, Mr Mukherjee said the Left leaders sought more clarifications and these would be provided to them in the next few days.
The panel members were trying to resolve their differences on the issue, he said.
