Bangalore, May 6 (UNI) Global Talent Metrics, a leading talent technology company, today announced the launch of 'Starreferral,' an innovative Web 2.0 based talent referral system.
Considering the current market need for an innovative consumer-centric reward system to enhance the efficiency of online referrals, GTM had partnered with multi-partner consumer rewards programme, i-mint.

Addressing a press conference here, GTM Chairman Cabot Jaffee said 'Starreferrel' was a revolutionary talent sourcing system that leveraged the power of social computing to help companies win the war of talent by providing unprecedented access to passive candidate at 20 to 75 per cent lower cost per hire.
''Through partnership with i-mint, companies will get immediate access and provide visibility to their talent needs to 4.5 million i-mint members, creating the largest platform of this nature,'' he said.
Listing out the benefits of 'Starreferral,' he said it was secure, easy to set up, monitor and use. Clients could create customised talent marketing programmes to reach five million professionals and access candidates, who were not available through job boards.
