Washington, May 05 : English music manager Sharon Osbourne has stated that she will take part in the next series of talent competition The X Factor, only if her salary is doubled.
Osbourne, who has been a judge on the British reality programme since it began in 2004, turned down the offer of 1.5 million dollars that the TV bosses made.
The rock matriarch is said to be demanding a new contract that is worth 2 million dollars.
That she always gets the best deal is what has been revealed by a source at TV network ITV to British newspaper the News Of The World.
"Sharon always pushes for the best deal," Contactmusic quoted the source as telling the paper.
Last year, Osbourne almost got herself fired by series creator Simon Cowell, after her scathing attack on fellow judge Dannii Minogue, who had joined the show in its fourth season.
