Gohana, May 5 (UNI) Rohtak MP Deepender Singh Hooda today said that the outcome of the byelection of Gohana Assembly Constituency would endorse the significant achievements made by the present Haryana Government led by Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda.
Mr Deepender Singh Hooda was addressing the election meetings in a number of villages including Guhana, Tihar, Beedhal, Dodva and Roland falling in Gohana Assembly Constituency today.
He said that the people of Gohana would once again, through Gohana by-election, reflect the worth of two former Chief Ministers namely Om Parkash Chautala and Bhajan Lal.
While describing Gohana as the 10th segment of Rohtak Parliamentary Constituency, Mr Deepender Singh Hooda assured the residents of Gohana of speedy development of the area.
He said Gohana was also being termed as the native place of Chief Minister therefore, the people of area need not worry about its development.
He alleged that Haryana Janhit Congress leader Bhajan Lal and Indian National Congress (INLD) leader Om Parkash Chautala had discriminated against the people on the issue of development, while the Congress government was extending the benefits irrespective of political affiliations.
Both these former Chief Ministers got university set up at Sirsa and Hisar during their tenures whereas Mr Hooda had got university set up at Khanpur Kalan, Gohana which was not a part of his assembly constituency.
