New Delhi, May 5 (UNI) Strong winds, blowing at 40 to 45 km per hour, today brought some coolness in the air in Delhi, which has, since last evening, experienced relief from scorching heat of the last couple of weeks.
The dusty winds, which hit the capital city towards late evening, brought down the temperature by a couple of degrees, from a maximum of 36 Degree Celsius, recorded earlier today.
The coolness brought about by the winds comes as a relief for people of the city.
More such duststorms can be expected in the next 24 hours with weathermen forecasting the thunderstorm activity to continue.
Weathermen attributes the turnaround in the weather since yesterday to the influence of a fresh western disturbance.
