Karnal, May 5 (UNI) Launching a scathing attack on Haryana Janhit Congress Supremo Kuldeep Bishnoi, Political Advisor to Haryana chief minister Virender Singh said here today that he (Kuldeep) had been a major impediment in the political career of his father, Mr Bhajan Lal.
Addressing a press confere here, Prof Singh said by proclaiming himself as the next chief minister of the state, Mr Bishnoi had himself 'killed' his own issue of Mr Bhajan Lal not being made cheif minister by the Congress Party.
''The party had made Mr Bhajan Lal state Congress President and Mr Bishnoi himself had said that he was offered ministership and his ailing father was offered governorship. His brother was made deputy chief minister of Haryana, while his cousin , Dura Ram, a parliamentary secretary. What more they expect'', he asked.
Till date, Mr Bishnoi had not ''dared to appear before the Lok Sabha speaker to offer his resignation'', Mr Singh said.
He, however, opined that deputy chief minister Chandra Mohan should also be roped in to convass in the three bypolls in Haryana.
