Trident Group opens second retail store

Ludhiana, May 4: Having enthralled the international market with quality and elegance of its products, the city-based Trident Group launched its retail store under the brand name Trident Homescapes at WestEnd Mall in the city today.

After the successful launch of Trident Homescapes in Chandigarh, this is the second retail store to be launched by the Rs 15 billion Trident Group, a proud winner of awards from leading international retails chains including Wal Mart and J C Penney. The store would come under the banner of Abhishek Industries Limited.

Trident Homescapes is another step forward by the Trident Group towards providing a superior shopping experience to the residents of Ludhiana. Spread across 2500 square feet of shopping area, the newly launched store will provide the shoppers a never before experienced shopping delight. The store will carry a wide range of lifestyle products catering to the needs of the entire family.

"The store seeks to exceed customers' expectations by offering them a wide range of home products capable of turning a home into a lifestyle arena," Mr P K Markanday, Chief Executive, Abhishek Home Textiles said at the launch.

The group is envisaging opening 30 more stores pan India in the current fiscal year with an investment of Rs 20 crore and another 100 stores in the next financial year adding up to 300 stores by next three years.
