Three persons killed road accident

Hubli, May 3(UNI) Three persons including a child were killed and two injured when a car in which they were travelling hit a stationary truck at Kotur in the outskirts of Dharwad on the Pune-Bangalore Highway in the early hours today.

Garag Police told UNI that four year old Om S Tugave from Pune and Shivakumar (31) from Bidar died on the spot while Neha(16)from Bidar succumbed to her injuries on her way to hospital.

The injured Pushpa Tugave and Anand Chalke, the car driver were admitted to the Karnataka Institute of Medical sciences at Hubli.
