London, May 3 : Ryan Giggs will become Manchester United's record appearance maker at the Champions League final.
According to the club's historian, Giggs will surpass Bobby Charlton's record of 758 appearances.
Earlier, it was stated that Charlton had appeared 759 times for the club, but now according to the club's historian, Charlton did not play the 1962 FA Cup tie as he was down with the flu.
Giggs thought he could only equal Bobby Charlton's record of 759 by playing the last three games this season.
