Parsvnath to develop new mall in CP, Delhi

New Delhi, May 2: Real Estate Major Parsvnath Developers Ltd (PDL) today said it will develop a new luxury mall complex in the heart of the city at Connaught Place, with an investment of Rs 300 crore.

The company said in a statement that it is proposing to build luxury shopping and state-of-the-art offices in the mall complex which will offer a mix of fashion, lifestyle and entertainment. The development activity of the complex would start immediately after obtaining necessary approvals, it said, adding that the PDL is initially focussed on attracting well-positioned luxury brands across apparel, jewellery, accessories, home and electronics sections.
