Mumbai, May 2 (ANI/Business Wire India): LEX Nexus established in 1998 was restructured in December 2007 as 'projects and shipping' law firm is restructured further on May 2, 2008 as a 'specialised shipping law firm' thus forming the only solicitor or law firm of the country specialising in shipping, maritime and admiralty work.

Shrikant Hathi a shipping and project specialist is the Managing Partner of the firm; practicing law in the Bombay High Court since 1992.

He has completed his Masters in law and is qualified as solicitor. He is also admitted to the Supreme Court of India.
