Berger launches new wood-finish product

Kolkata, May 2 (UNI) Berger Paints India Ltd has launched the latest product in modern wood-finish coatings, the Berger-Becker Acroma, in alliance with Becker Acroma Spa, an Italian company that leads the wood-finish segment in Europe.

Announcing this here today, Berger Paints Managing Director Subir Bose said under the agreement, the company would import materials directly from Becker Acroma in Italy and market it under the brand name Berger-Becker Acroma.

The high-end product would be available both in bulk packs for industry use as well as in smaller packs for household use, Mr Bose said.

The Berger-Becker Acroma would be available in a price range starting from Rs 300 per litre, he said.

'' Offering unmatched finish and durability, the entire Berger-Becker Acroma wood finish range of products are the first of their kind in the country,'' Mr Bose observed.
