4 overs a match is fine, no plans to come out of retirement: McGrath

By Staff

New Delhi, May 1 (UNI) Former Australian pace spearhead Glen McGrath after guiding Delhi Daredevils to a win against Bangalore Royal Challengers has said he has no plans to come out of retirement from international cricket.

''Four overs a match is just fine for me.I came here for 6-7 weeks of cricket and I'm happy where I am,'' McGrath said.

The spearhead last night claimed four wickets against Bangalore Royal Challengers, an effort that also earned him the Man of the Match award.

McGrath appreciated the work done by their batsmen.

''Twenty20 is a challenge for me but I think (Daredevils score of) 191 gave us a bit fo extra room and they had to go for their shots,'' he added.

Daredevils now have three wins from four games while Bangalore Royal Challengers have just one win from their five matches.
